There is something sacred about the finish line.

This past weekend, I had the honor of live-DJING the Transformation Challenge Finale at OrangeTheory Fitness in the Central West End.

This wasn’t just a gig; it was personal. This marks my 3rd year with the OTF community and my 3rd challenge completed as a client.

I’ve lived the 2000 meter rows, the heavy deadlifts, and the “All Outs” on the tread.

This mix is how we actually work out. It’s a diverse, well-rounded soundscape designed to keep the brain interested while the body works.

We start with high-energy Funk and House, weave through Amapiano and Island vibes, and end with a soulful stretch block to honor the body’s recovery.

Whether you’re crushing a solo workout or getting ready for a Spring night out with your crew, this set is built to elevate your state.
