Integration is a real thing.
The bigger the “ah-ha” moment.
The bigger the release, awakening, etc.
The bigger the unpacking, unwinding & unraveling.
It’s the yin & yang.
It’s inevitable.
It’s what’s required to graduate.
To fully own your stripes & leave that shit behind.
Doesn’t mean it won’t pop back up (insert theme), but you gotta MOVE differently.
If you’re not moving differently, it’s because whatever light-bulb moment you think you had - hasn’t really landed yet.
So how do you land the plane Anna?
It starts with:
Wanting it. Do you really? Or are you just talking? 🧐
Choosing it. Are you INTENTIONALLY, willfully selecting? Or just fantasizing?
Being about it. What changes have you made in your real life?
