Inspired directly by my girl Nyara’s recent, beautiful Creative Field Trip to Chicago, I am organizing an official Adult Field Trip to Nashville, Tennessee this summer!
We are heading down for Dancer’s Paradise, a phenomenal 3-day weekend event hosted by the Nashville Salsa Dancing Company. Salsa is such a foundational pillar of my life and healing work. I absolutely love this instructor, her energy, and her vibes. A few of my St. Louis homies have already met her, and the mission for this trip is beautifully simple: we are going down just to dance, connect, and celebrate life.
