Hey Familia,
There is nothing quite like watching five-year-olds and seventy-year-olds hit the same line dance on a sunny Sunday morning.
Yesterday, August 2nd, we hosted The First Open Family Reunion (The Backyard Social), and it was the ultimate blueprint for community unity. We had over 30 people fill the yard with pure joy, kids playing, double dutch ropes swinging, giant chess and Big Uno matches, bubbles floating across the patio, and the smell of incredible mac and cheese catered by @mealsbymili.
The best part? It was a wholesome, high-vibe daytime social, and everyone was wrapped up and home by 2:00 PM. It was absolutely perfect.

Alongside my mentor @djmanifest_stl, we set out to create a safe, uplifting, world-class soundscape that brought families together across generations. Sitting in a smooth 72–113 BPM groove, this recording moves from classic soul and reggae into vibrant Afrobeats, Latin rhythms, and house sounds.
